Screaming beans food trucks will be available for purchase, along with a cake stall.  
We will also be running other fundraising events on the day like raffles and a 
hundred boards which we hope your members will enter. 

There is to be no hairspray used in the main hall at any time. 

Video and photos will only be allowed from the back of the Hall as per BJP rules.
