7-8 years Arrival 7.45am for 9.00am start
6 years Arrival 8.45am for 10.00am start
9-10 years Arrival 11.00am for 12.15pm start
11-12 years Arrival 12noon for 1.15 pm start

*Please arrive at the ARRIVAL TIME noted above to collect your numbers, find your teachers and get set to compete. Girls will go backstage & be looked after by other Club Associates and helpers.  Girls will remain backstage until their age group session is completed. 

Girls must come with hair & makeup done ready to compete. They will need to bring their club backpacks or small bag. They can bring a small snack (nut-free) and a water bottle. All items need to be clearly labelled with their name. 

It's also great to come along and cheer on your Westside Friends - so if you can, come and join us to show our club spirit. 

ALL EVENTS AT QUAYCENTRE are ticketed events and require purchase of tickets before entry, these will be a available online & at the book office on the day

Best parking is P3 - prebooking is recommended. 

Sometimes the competions can run late, timing is just an indication given on the numbers that have registered for the competition. Allow time for delays.
